Overview
Color coding is used to help distinguish between individual items in certain groups of Birdview PSA entities by giving each of them a different color. This allows two birds to be killed by one stone: it livens up the GUI by making the Activity center more colorful and pleasing to the eye, and, on the other hand, making it easier to tell project and activity attributes and tags apart.
The color-coded items include statuses and certain types of custom fields (list and multi-select).
Status color coding
Any status defined in a workflow (see Company settings - workflows) can be color-coded. To edit the color coding of a status, the following steps need to be taken:

- Select the workflow you want to edit.
- Click the color editor next to the status.
- Select a new color for the status.
- The selected color is applied immediately.
Custom field color coding
