This article covers the updated Activity Center of April 2022. Articles pertaining
to the older Activity Center are still available in our Knowledge Base under similar titles but will be phased out as new Activity Center replaces its older version entirely.
You can filter projects or activities in Activity Center by project members, assignees, etc.
To filter out projects by project members or assignees:
- Open Activity Center.
- Click Filters in the toolbar.
- Enable the Project member and Activity assignees filters. For how to enabler filters, see Customizing Activity Center filters.
- Expand the filters.
- Select one or more users — from a list of available users — by ticking respective checkboxes.
- Click "+ More" to access additional users. Use a text search bar, if required.
- The list will be updated to show only projects and activities that meet the selected filter(s).
On Step 5, you can select as many available users as you like. This will result in the corresponding number of filters appearing above the list of projects.
Category of User Filter
This filter allows you to narrow your search as it breaks the users into categories. The available categories are:
- Activity assignees;
- Project member;
- Project manager;
- Portfolio manager;
- Activity creator;
- Project creator;
- Portfolio creator.
Clearing people filter
To cancel an active people filter, click the Clear filters button (
) next to it.
