Q. When I try to change the temp password in my personal settings I see an error that my old password is not correct - why am I seeing that message and what can I do to change my password from the temp password?

A. The reason is because your old (previous to the Temp pwd) having been cached by your browser and the system is not recognizing the temp password as valid.

You need to press Control + Shift + Delete key combination and clear temporary files in your browser - if this key combo does not work then go to your browser's settings/options and privacy/security and clear them on that page. 

This will log you out of Easy Projects so use the temp password to log back in and then go to My Settings page to change password and it will work as expected.
