Overview
Financials is a module in the project details that aggregates project financial metrics, including planned and actual expenses, target financial parameters such as target revenue, budget, profit, etc., as well as matching them with EAC (Estimate at completion) metrics as an aid in tracking project financial performance.
Warning
To be able to access project financials you need to have "Access billing information" permission in your global role.
Accessing project financials
To access the project's financial module:
- Hover on the project name in Activity center and click Details to open a project details page (or access it using other suitable screen offering interactive project links).
- Click the Financials button
in the top right.
The Financials module consists of four tabs:

To add and/or edit expenses, you must have the "Log expenses" and/or "Edit actual/planned expenses" permissions in your project access level.
