Q. Does Birdview PSA integrate with LDAP?

A. If BV is installed in your local environment then you can set it up to use Active Directory authentication.

If it's cloud based then it's possible via our Professional Services, and the supported options are:

• Self-hosted Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services or Azure AD Connect
• MS Azure Active Directory and OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0
• Any SAML 2.0 provider.
