Q: How do I change one of my Guest users to a role which requires a full license?
A: Yes, you can. Please follow these steps:
- Click though Login picture | Company Settings | Users.
- On the Guests tab, click the guest user you want converted.
- Click the More Actions button (
).
- Select Convert to regular user.
- Choose the role to convert the guest user to.
- Click 'Convert'.
You need to have a free seat in your license to be able to convert a guest to a regular user. Make sure you buy an additional license or free up a seat in your fully used license to make room for a new regular user. You can check out the available seats in your license on the Users page, Regular tab, top right-hand corner, 'Licensed users: X/Y'.
