Overview
With the introduction of spaces in Birdview, custom forms and saved views no longer have a global scope. They are now restricted to individual spaces and cannot be shared across spaces.

There are no longer global custom forms and saved views.
Custom forms
In terms of custom forms functionality, it operates in the same manner as before the Spaces release. For more details on custom forms and how to set them up, refer to these articles.
To access space custom forms, navigate to the Custom forms tab in the menu, now located in the Spaces hub at the center of the menu.
This section encompasses all active, draft, or archived custom forms currently present in your space.
When working with space custom forms, keep in mind that all conversion rules and access settings are space-restricted. This means you cannot grant access to the custom form for users who are not members of the current space. Additionally, you cannot establish conversion rules for projects or activities from other spaces.
Saved views
Saved views are now also space-restricted, allowing you to have distinct sets of saved views for different spaces. This feature enables you to focus on work related to specific teams, projects, departments, or customers without the need to navigate to other views.
When switching from one space to another, sets of saved views will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
