First you will have to open IIS manager. You can access it by navigating to "Start --> Administrative Tools --> Internet Information Services (IIS) manager". 

In IIS manager, click on your server name on the left. 

Double click on the "Server Certificates" icon.

In the Actions menu on the right click on the "Create Self-Signed Certificate" link.

Now, name your certificate accordingly. If you are going to use it for Easy Projects, use "Easy Projects" name so that you know the purpose of the given certificate.

Click OK. Once that is completed, you should see the new certificate in the list of server certificates.
