Overview
Categories are added and edited in System lists (Company settings > System lists). See System lists.
Changing categories in Activity center
To change category of a task, issue or request in Activity center grid:
- Locate the activity you would like to change category of.
- Make sure the Category column is visible. If not, use the Columns button to customize the Activity center.
- Click the respective Category column cell.
- Select the required category.
Changing categories in Activity details section
To change a category in Activity details section:
- Click the name of the activity whose category you want to change.
- Click the Category dropdown.
- Select the category you wish to re-assign the activity to.
