To change category of a task, issue or request:
- Locate the activity you would like to change category of.
- If category is not displayed, click the Settings button, and select the Category checkbox under Activity.
- Click Settings again. The Category button (
) will become visible beneath the name of the task.
- Click the button and select required category. Changes are saved automatically.
Changing category in Activity details section:
- Click the name of the activity whose category you want to change.
- Click the Category (
) drop-down.
- Select the category you wish to re-assign the activity to.
