To update your self-hosted license, first, determine if you are on version 13 or later, which runs on docker or on the older v12 and earlier, which runs on IIS.

Version 13

For Docker / version 13 and above your menu layout is on the left and your personal menu is in the upper left, as seen, below:

In this case, use the following URL to activate the license upload screen:

https://xxxxxxx/license/update 

where xxxx is your main Easy Projects URL.

Version 12

For version 12 or previous and your user interface looks like this:

follow the steps, below:

1. Login to Easy Projects as a user with the Administrator role (the role with InternalRoleID=1), click on your user name in the top right to open the menu and choose 'Update license'.
2. On the next screen, click on the 'Upload license file' button and browse for the license file ("EasyLicense.config").
3. Click on the 'Back to Easy Projects' link to continue working with your Easy Projects account.
