Date Filters

Another method of filtering projects or activities in Activity Center is by dates.

Filtering for both projects and activities is available for the following dates:

• Start date
• End date
• Creation date
• Actual completion date

Filtering Procedure

Filtering procedure is essentially the same whatever date you want to filter by. What is described below is for project start date.

To filter projects by start date:

1. Open Activity Center.
2. Click Filters in the toolbar.
3. Click Add Filter () at the top of the Filters panel.
4. Scroll down the dropdown list to the Resources & Constraints section, or use text search
5. Flip on the toggle of the appropriate filter (e.g. Project start date).
6. Click outside the dropdown list to close it. 
7. The list of filters is updated on the Filters panel.
8. Tick a value for the Project start date filter.

Canceling filters

To cancel the active filter or filters:

1. Click Filters on the toolbar.
2. To cancel an individual filter, click the Cancel Filter button () next to it (see Item 3 in the picture above).
3. To cancel all currently applied filters, click the Cancel All Filters button () at the top of the panel (see Item 2 in the picture above).
