Supported versions: MS Project 2019, 2016, 2013 or earlier.
You can export projects along with activities to the XML format, which can then be imported to MS Project.
To export a project to MS Project:
- In Activity Center, click the name of the project you wish to export.
- As the Project details section opens, click
to access additional options. - Click 'Export to MS Project'.
- An XML file is generated and downloaded straight away or a prompt asking your permission appears first.
The fields exported from Easy Projects and corresponding MS Project fields are shown in the table:
