To access financial information, you must have the 'Access billing information' global permission in your role.
To edit or delete an expense (Project details section):
- Click on the project's name to access its details page.
- Click to access financial options
- Locate the expense row to be edited/deleted and hover the pointer over it, on the Expenses tab.
- To edit the expense: change expense fields, e.g. clear 'Billed' checkbox.
To delete it: Click the deletion control (dustbin button) at the rightmost end of the row.
- The editing changes are saved as you click elsewhere on the page.
