The Projects & Tasks menu consists of 4 items, as follows:

Item Action Comments
Activity Center Opens the Activity Center Used when one needs to:
  1. manage projects or activities;
  2. import/export projects from/to MS Project, CSV;
  3. duplicate projects/activities;
  4. edit projects/activities;
  5. etc.
My Assignments Opens My Assignments Used when one needs to:
  1. view activities the user is assigned to;
  2. change activity status;
  3. finish activity;
  4. post messages;
  5. view/attach files;
  6. etc.
Project Calendar Opens the Projects Calendar Used when one needs to:
  1. create a new project;
  2. view available projects;
  3. edit an existing project;
  4. etc.
Portfolios*) Opens the Portfolios screen Used when one needs to:
  1. create a new portfolio;
  2. view available portfolios;
  3. manage an existing portfolio;
  4. etc.

*) This menu option is available only if the 'Show portfolios' option is enabled in Visibility settings.
