To use Search as part of the header menu, use these steps:
- Log in as usual. If you are already logged in, skip this step.
- On the header menu, mouse over Tools and select Search in a drop-down menu.
- In the Search screen that opens, type text you wish to find in the search text input box, specify what items the search should involve, i.e. projects, activities, time entries, events etc., select a date range if needed, and click "Search".
- Check out the results.
It is important to remember that unless you have permission(s) to view projects, activities (of one or more types), time entries, and/or events, searching for respective items will not be available to you.
