Overview
Custom reports, also known as Report generator, allow you to design and run a report of virtually any complexity. This section contains information about preset arrays of data fields that you can use as "building blocks" for your customized reports.
Available data sources
There are 11 data sources in total. The following table discusses them in detail.

Tasks | Fields attributable to activities of the Task type. | Reports displaying project and task related data. Example: list of tasks with their assignees and estimated hours. Notes: 1) Only activities of the type Task will be included. 2) Only projects with existing tasks will be listed. |
Projects | Complete set of fields/attributes specific to a project. These include ID, name, estimation hours, etc. In total 20 fields. | Reports displaying project-related information. Examples include: report listing members per project, or projects with their start and end dates specified, etc. |
All activities | Fields specific to projects PLUS activities regardless of their type. | Reports displaying activity related data. Example: list of activities with their assignees and estimated hours. Note: Only projects with existing activities will be listed. |

Selecting a data source
- In Reports > Report generator, click + Add report.
- Name the report.
- Choose a data source in the Generate report from the dropdown.
