To modify a role, follow these steps:
- Log in as Administrator (or a user who has the ‘Manage System Settings’ permission). If you are already logged in, skip this step.
- From the User menu | Settings, select Roles.
- Select the role you wish to modify. The role details open in the right half of the screen.
- Make changes as required and click the "Save" button.
Note: Any changes saved will only affect Newly created projects - but, to update all Existing projects, with these new permissions make sure to click the box, which says "Apply default permissions to project members in all existing projects", at the bottom of the permissions page.
