Overview
This section in the Advanced settings (Company Settings > Advanced settings) deals with whether or not portfolios are to be shown and the creators have full access to the projects they have created regardless of their role and/or access permissions.
The settings and effects they take are presented in the table:
| Setting | Effect |
| Show portfolios | When this option is selected, the Portfolio section is enabled in Easy Projects, giving access to creating/viewing/managing portfolios. |
| Project creator has full access to project | When this option is selected, the creator is granted full access to his/her project. |
Editing the settings
To change these settings, follow these steps:
- Log in as Administrator (or a user who has the ‘Manage System Settings ’ permission). If you are already logged in, skip this step.
- Click through User Menu | Company Settings.
- Go to Advanced settings tab.
- Under Visibility settings make changes, as appropriate. The changes are saved automatically.
Uploading a logo
You can upload/change your company logo. The logo will appear in the left top corner of your Birdview PSA.
To upload your company logo:
- Go to User Menu | Company Settings | Advanced settings | Company logo.
- Click within the logo placeholder.
- Locate the graphics file with your logo on your computer.
- Click 'Open'.
- The image file will upload automatically.
Changing the logo
You can always change a logo previously uploaded. To do so:
- Go to User Menu | Company Settings | Advanced settings | Company logo.
- Click the logo.
- Repeat the steps 2-4 above.
Only JPG, GIF or PNG formats are supported.
