Vacation types is a tab link on the System List screen.
The tab has two sections: a list of available types, and a form to add new ones.
Preset vacation types
Easy Projects comes with 8 preset vacation types:

You can delete, rename or change the color code of the available vacation types, provided you have Manage system settings permission.
Adding a vacation type

To select a color click 'Apply' in right bottom corner of the palette. |
| Abbreviation | Type an abbreviation for the vacation type being added | Can contain any characters. |
| Paid | Select Yes or No | |
| Qualifies for overtime or holiday pay | Select Yes or No | |
| Add | Click to save the vacation type |
