This option allows the logged user to upload his or her picture as an avatar. To upload a picture, proceed as follows:
- Log in.
- Click on your company logo in the top left, then click My Settings, and choose the Profile item.
- Place the mouse cursor on the picture placeholder/current picture, click 'Upload' as it appears to locate the image file you want to upload.
- Click 'Open'. The successfully uploaded picture will get displayed above the path field.
- To delete an uploaded image, click 'X' at top right.
- All the changes are saved automatically.
- The picture to be uploaded must have a maximum size of 5 MB! Trying to upload a larger file will result in an error!
- Recommended image size is 160x160px.
- Only JPEG, GIF or PNG images are currently supported.
- The avatar will appear on the left of the User menu [User Name] in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- It will also be used as your avatar in all your project or activity assignments. Refer to activity and project assignments to learn more.
