The History tab on the Time logs screen is for viewing time logs entered for yourself or other users.
To view time logs entered for a user within a specific date range:
- Select a user in Time sheet for. Available choices: 'All users', or a particular user.
- Select a project. Available choices: 'All', or a particular one.
- Select an activity. Available choices: 'All', or a particular one.
- Select a range.
- Click 'Apply'.
The batch operations include the following:
- Mark as Billed
- Mark as Unbilled
- Mark as Approved
- Mark as Unapproved.
To apply any of the operations:
- Select the time entries you wish to use the operation on, e.g. Mark as Billed.
- Click the button of the operation you want to apply, e.g. Mark as Billed.
- If you want to apply more than operation, click next one.
Locked time entries
Time entries that are marked either billed or approved, or both, are automatically locked for deletion or editing.
NB: Locked time entries cannot be either edited, or deleted.
