The History tab on the Time logs screen is for viewing time logs entered for yourself or other users.

Before using History tab please refer to the time log use requirements to view what access rights the user must have to be able to add, edit, view, or delete time entries.
Accessing Time Logs History
- Click Time Logs on the main menu.
- Click Time Logs History tab.
Viewing time entries logged for a user
To view time logs entered for a user within a specific date range:
- Enable filters, if hidden, by clicking the funnel button (
) in the top right corner.
- In Filters, select a user under the Users filter.
- Use other filters, as appropriate, such as project name, activity name, Billed, Billable, etc.
Filters are applied automatically and displayed as oval boxes above the grid with filtered data, as shown:
Sorting & Freezing/Unfreezing Columns
To sort a column:
- Mouse over the column heading.
- Click the More actions button (
).
- Select Sort ascending or Sort descending to sort the column in ascending or descending order, respectively.
To freeze/unfreeze a column:
- Mouse over the column heading.
- Click the More actions button (
).
- Select Freeze column or Unfreeze column to freeze/unfreeze the column, respectively.

A column is frozen if it stays in place when you scroll the grid right or left. It is useful when you have many columns extending beyond the width of your screen.
Customizing Columns
You can hide the columns you have no need of.
To hide some columns:
- Scroll right to the very end.
- Click the "+" button at the end of the heading row.
- Unselect the checkboхes of unwanted columns.
- Click Save.

Some columns are permanent, i.e cannot be hidden.
Deleting a Time Entry
To delete a time entry:
- Mouse over the row you want deleted.
- Click the deletion button (
).
- Click Delete Permanently to confirm deletion.
Locked Time Entries
Time entries that are marked either billed or approved, or both, are automatically locked for deletion or editing.

Locked time entries cannot be either edited, or deleted.
Unlocking a Time Entry
To unlock a time entry:
- Make sure the Billed and Approved columns are visible. (See Customize Columns above).
- Set a Yes value for both columns.
