Overview

This feature is only available in the Enterprise version of the product.

Editing/deleting time entries requires that you have the Edit all time entries’/Delete all time entries permission(s) in your role.
Locked time entries are ones that cannot be edited or deleted.
Locking by Approving
To lock a time entry:
- Click through Time Logs > Time Logs History tab.
- Make sure the Approved column is visible.
- Change the entry's approval status to Approved.

Billed Time Entries
Billed time entries are locked for those users who do not have the Edit All and Delete all project permissions. See Billed time logs.
Unlocking an entry requires making it neither billed, nor approved. It is done by editing the entry in Time Log as described here.
