On the My Settings tab of the user menu, you can choose how and when you want to be notified of events associated with activities you are following.
There are a number of settings selected by means of radio buttons (a single selection out of many options).
Using the settings presented in the table below you instruct Easy Projects what events should trigger notification by email for activities followed by you.
The profile details are as follows:

| Messages & files | When selecting this option, you will be notified by email when a new message or file is added to the activities you follow. | |
| Key events | When selecting this option, you will be notified by email about new messages and/or files added, assignments and/or status changes made, or sub-activities created for the activities you follow. | |
| All events | When selecting this option, you will be notified by email about new messages and/or files added, assignments and/or any other relevant changes made, or sub-activities created or deleted for the activities you follow. | |
| When I create an activity, or am assigned to one; when I add a message to an activity or am mentioned in one: | ||
| Don't make me a follower | When you choose this option, you will not be made a follower of the activity you are assigned. | |
| Make me a follower automatically | When you choose this option, you will be made a follower of the activity you are assigned to automatically. | |
