The Weekly view tab on the Time logs screen is for viewing time logs entered for yourself or other users.
Before using Weekly view tab please refer to the time log use requirements to view what access rights the user must have to be able to add, edit, view, or delete time entries.
Locked time entries cannot be deleted in the Weekly view screen.
Adding time logs for a user
To add time logs for a user within a specific week :
- If you wish to add time for a week other than the current one, use the 'Previous week' or 'Next week' links.
- Select 'Add new entries as billable', if required.
- Select a user in Time logs for.
- Under Time entry for, select a project.
- Select an activity.
- Enter hours under one or more week days.
- Click 'Add entries'.
